Jill and Sydney were both actively involved at The Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, ON for over 11 years in their roles as: Family Lead Advisors, Family Centred Care Advisory Council Co-Chairs and Advisory Committee members. They partnered with the hospital’s leadership team to restructure their PFCC model of care and strategy, including a revitalized Patient and Family Centred Care Advisory Council.
